  Payment Options

  In Bosphorus City, where 10 percent price advantage is applied, 8 percent down payment is paid. An interim payment of 8 percent is made in January 2015. For 24 months, installments are paid to Sinpaş. After 24 months, a bank loan can be used for the remaining housing cost.
