SEMT BAHÇEKENT projesi, İstanbul’un Avrupa yakasında, özellikle Bahçeşehir bölgesinde, ünlü Bahçeşehir Şehri olarak bilinen ve yönetimsel olarak Esenyurt’a bağlı bir park halinde bulunmaktadır. Bu bölge, yüksek kuleler, büyük ve modern sistemler içeren, yeşil yaygın modern teknolojiyle harmanlandığı bir yer ve bu, bahçede yaşayanlar olan talebi artırmıştır.

Projenin Özellikleri:
