Demir İnşaat tarafından Beylikdüzü Yakuplu’da inşa edilen Demir Country projesi 44 bin 426 metrekarelik alana sahip. Proje, 1160 daire, 50 villa ve 110 ticari birimden oluşuyor. Toplam 9 bloklu Demir Country’de 3 blok farklı, 6 blok farklı bir mimari yaklaşım sunuyor. Demir Country projesinde 1+1’ler 58 metrekare ile 73 metrekare, 2+1 daireler 88 ila 143 metrekare, 3+1 daireler 145 ila 198 metrekare büyüklüğe sahip. Projede 3,5+1, 4+1 ve 4,5+1 daire seçenekleri de mevcut.

Demir Country, yatırımcısına 3 ayda yüzde 14 kazandırdı

Demir İnşaat’ın İstanbul’un yeni yatırım bölgesi olarak gösterilen Yakuplu’da hızla yükselen projesi Demir Country, yatırımcısına kazandırmaya başladı. 3 ay gibi kısa bir sürede yüzde 14’lük değer artışı gören projenin, yaşam başladığında yatırımcısına yüzde 100 kazanç sağlaması bekleniyor. Yapılan hesaplamalara göre, yatırımını erken yapan daire sahipleri proje tamamlandığında yüzde 100 kar elde ederek evini bedavaya getirebiliyor. 500 milyon TL’lik yatırımla hayata geçirilen projede 3 ay gibi kısa bir sürede 200 dairenin satışı tamamlandı.

Demir Country ile Beylikdüzü’nün yeni cazibe merkezi olan Yakuplu’da bölgenin ilk ve tek açık AVM ve cadde konseptine sahip, 20.500 metrekarelik yeşil alandan oluşan, bölgenin tüm ihtiyaçlarını tek elden karşılayacak bir projeye Demir İnşaat imzası attıklarını vurgulayan Demir İnşaat Yönetim Kurulu Başkanı Hamit Demir, yatırımcılara “Şimdi alın, yüzde 100 kar edin, evinizi bedavaya getirin” çağrısında bulundu. Demir İnşaat olarak “insana ve doğaya saygı” bakış açısıyla Türkiye’de örnek gösterilen çok sayıda proje kazandırdıklarını, en yeni inşaat teknolojilerini kullanarak üst düzey güvenlikten mimarisine kadar benzeri olmayan projeler geliştirdiklerini vurgulayan Hamit Demir, Demir Country projesinin de sahip olduğu tüm donanımıyla bölgede benzeri olmayan bir proje olarak fark oluşturduklarını sözlerine ekledi.

Beylikdüzü’nün kalbi Yakuplu’da, E-5 ve E-6’ya sadece birkaç dakika, metrobüs durağına 2,5 kilometre, Yakuplu Marina’ya 1,5 kilometrelik mesafede yer alan Demir Country, rezidans ve aile yaşantısı konseptini Demir İnşaat’ın yenilikçi mimari yaklaşımıyla tek çatı altında ancak birbirinden bağımsız bir şekilde sunuyor.
